What is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

A virtual assistant is an independent contractor that works from an off-site location. The Virtual Solutions Team VAs have all the necessary supplies, equipment and software to complete the job.

What services do you provide?

Database creation, data entry, executive assisting, and a full gamut of administrative services.

How does remote access work?

With access to the Internet it is effortless to connect to anyone anywhere. Applications like GoToMyPC and LogMeIn provide a portal for virtual networking.

Is this safe?

All access is secure. The various remote access softwares are 256-bit encrypted and have reporting of log-in activity and monitoring features. Everything is set up with your permission only. You control 100% of the permissions, allowing only the amount of access to only those programs which you deem necessary.

We are a health care facility (or a law office).
Are you HIPPA compliant?

Yes. All of our assistants are trained on HIPPA law, the federal regulations and compliance.

How will I save money using a virtual assistant?

Studies show that employers often end up paying out over two times an assistant’s salary. At Virtual Solutions, you are only billed for time used. You are not responsible for cost of computers, office equipment/furniture, softwares. Nor do you have to waste time advertising, interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising. How will I know the assistant actually worked the hours?

Each assistant keeps a detailed log of all work activities and the time it takes to complete it. Since the owner is the first person to learn the customer’s tasks, she will already know the anticipated length of time to complete the various duties. Once the assistant has been trained on the task, the expectation of the time to complete each duty will be communicated and agreed with the customer and the assistant.

Is all of your service remotely?

Yes, with some exceptions. Occasionally we will go on-site to a customer in the Central Indiana area.
